Fred Rosen
Founder & CEO
Fred Rosen is the President and CEO and founder of Red Carpet Home Cinema, LLC. He was the architect of Ticketmaster Corporation becoming the leading and largest computerized ticketing service in the world and served as its president and CEO from 1982 – 1997. He currently is a board member of a number of public and private companies. He serves as a board member of the Pacific Council and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts as well as being involved in many other philanthropic activities.

Dan Fellman

Dan Fellman is the past president of Domestic Distribution at Warner Bros. Prior to his thirty-seven-year career at Warner, he was the founder and president of American Theatre Management in New York City. Dan is currently CEO of the Fellman Consulting Corporation in Beverly Hills, CA.He has been a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences since 1988, and was elected to the Board of Governors in 2014. He’s also a member of the Executive Board of the UCLA School of Theatre, Film, and Television, and serves on the Advisory Board of the LA Kings.

Bob Kisor

Bob Kisor has over 45 years of experience spanning all aspects of entertainment technology and engineering. He is also currently CEO of RK Entertainment Technology Consulting, LLC. Previously he held positions as Vice President, Technology and Vice President, Engineering and Technical Services at Paramount Pictures. Prior to joining Paramount, Kisor spent 17 years in the Engineering and Development department at CBS. He is a Life Fellow and past president of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers and a graduate of UCLA.

Peter Knepper

Peter Knepper has more than 40 years of financial management experience at public and privately-owned companies. He most recently was the CEO of XAP Corporation, an industry leader in providing online college access and career exploration tools. He was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ticketmaster and the Senior Vice President of Finance at New World Entertainment, Television Division. Previously, Knepper also served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Marvel Productions and Filmed Entertainment Division Controller of Production Accounting at MCA/Universal.

Alan Citron

Alan Citron is a veteran Internet executive who was instrumental in the launches of TMZ and Ticketmaster Online. Prior to joining Red Carpet Home Cinema, he was General Manager at The Wrap and Business Lead for Entertainment at Yahoo. Citron also served as President of Buzz Media, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Movielink and President of USA Networks Interactive. Citron began his career in journalism and spent 13 years as a reporter and editor at The Los Angeles Times.

Richard Ressler

Mr. Ressler is the founder and President of Orchard Capital Corp. ("Orchard Capital"), a firm through which Mr. Ressler oversees companies in which Orchard Capital or its affiliates invest. Through his affiliation with Orchard Capital, Mr. Ressler serves in various senior capacities with, among others, CIM Group, LLC (together with its controlled affiliates, "CIM"), a vertically-integrated owner and operator of real assets, Orchard First Source Asset Management (together with its controlled affiliates, "OFSAM"), a full-service provider of capital and leveraged finance solutions to U.S. corporations, and OCV Management, LLC (“OCV”), an investor, owner and operator of technology companies. Mr. Ressler also serves as a board member for various public and private companies in which Orchard Capital or its affiliates invest, including as chairman of j2 Global, Inc. (NASDAQ "JCOM"), director of Presbia PLC (NASDAQ “LENS”), and chairman of CIM Commercial Trust Corporation (NASDAQ “CMCT”). Mr. Ressler served as Chairman and CEO of JCOM from 1997 to 2000 and, through an agreement with Orchard Capital, currently serves as its non-executive Chairman. Mr. Ressler has served as a director of LENS since January 2015 and as chairman of CMCT since 2014.

Hemi Zucker

Hemi Zucker is a Managing Principal of OCV (effective Jan. 2018). Mr. Zucker joins from j2 Global (NASDAQ:JCOM), where he has served as the CEO since 2008. Prior, Mr. Zucker was j2’s President, COO, CMO, and the company’s CFO during its 1999 IPO. Mr. Zucker helped co-found j2 Global in 1996 and grew the organization into a global platform that offers services in 50+ markets and employs 2,500 people across 15 countries. Under Hemi’s leadership, j2 expanded its business lines into cloud services, patent licensing, and digital media. Mr. Zucker executed over 155 acquisitions, making j2 one of the most acquisitive tech companies in the U.S. During his tenure, he grew j2 Global’s revenue from $105,000 to over $1 billion. Previously, Mr. Zucker worked at Motorola in the U.S. and Israel. He helped launched Israel’s first cellular company, consolidated Israel’s paging industry through M&A, and later also worked on an early wireless data commercial network in the U.S. Mr. Zucker has served on several boards, including LegalZoom and has invested in several funds whose focus span IoT, big data, adtech, and student housing. He is also an advisor/minor shareholder in cloud and fintech companies. Mr. Zucker holds a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
